Jason A. Bielagus has been practicing law since 2007.  Since 2009, Jason has focused on real estate, transactions and litigation, commercial and residential.  Prior to moving back to New Hampshire, Jason was an Assistant District Attorney in New Mexico.  Jason has been awarded a B.A. from St. John’s College, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.  Before going to law school, Jason taught English in France and Greece.  Jason also serves as a JAG officer with the Army National Guard.

John F. Bielagus has been practicing law in Massachusetts since 1969, and in New Hampshire since 1972.

Throughout his career, John has specialized in real estate matters.

John has taught classes in colleges and for continuing education for real estate agents.

John earned a B.A. from Providence College, and a J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.

John is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts as well as U.S. Circuit Court, First Circuit; U.S. District Court, D.N.H.; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, D.N.H.
